An interesting thing about many false (Christian-based) religions and heresies is that they all tell the same lie. It makes no difference if it is the Jehovah’s Witnesses, Mormons, or Muslims. They all tell the same lie. They all claim, “The Bible erred, so we needed a new revelation to correct it.” Each of these wicked religions has their own version of the Bible which they have mutated and distorted to fit their own evil purposes.
Now, before I go further, let me state that I believe there are some nice people in these religions, but the religions themselves seek to steal God’s glory and therefore are wicked. Those practicing these religions will end up in hell and those preaching them will suffer even worse for pulling people away from God.
But I am not interested in Jehovah’s Witnesses or Mormons right now. I am concerned with the billion plus muslims out there who will die and find themselves burning for all eternity.
Islam uses this major lie for its benefit. Muhamad used the lie to gain wealth and women and power.
According to muslims, the Bible cannot be trusted. It was perverted by Jews and gentiles who hated the Ishmaelites. Conveniently for them, the Koran sets all the records straight. When the Koran and the Bible disagree, it is because someone tried altering God’s word, but Muhamad got it right.
Let us consider for a moment this: While praying to Mecca one day, I received a revelation from Allah. He said Muhamad was a lying fornicator and a child molester. Allah gave me a new revelation and I will publish it soon. As all will see, the Palestinians are the children of a union between Satan himself and a hairy Russian woman known as Gerta. Allah has said the Jews own all of Israel and parts of Egypt, Syria, and Jordan. Moreover, Allah has commanded that all mosques in Jerusalem be town down immediately, their stubble burned and the land given to Churches and synagogues. Allah has also said it was necessary that he come and speak to me because the Koran is perverted. It was perverted by power-hungry heathens who usurped Allah’s name back in the early 700′s. This is the last and final revelation. Muhammad started as a prophet, but I am Allah’s favorite and his greatest. Even Muhamad will attest to this on Judgment Day.
There … it is finished.
While what I just wrote may appear silly, it is no different than the lies spread about by Muhammad and the early Imams and perpetuated today.
Let us look at one of the most important claims of the Koran.
Sura 4:156-159 claims that Jesus was never crucified and that he never died (and–consequently–was not resurrected). According to Islam, everyone was under some sort of a Vulcan mind-meld or mass hypnosis and simply thought they saw Jesus getting beaten, forced to Golgotha, and nailed to the timbers. Everyone dreamed it was Jesus up there in the blazing sun, blood pouring from his body, pus oozing from his open sores, his chest constricting as he suffocated. Yes, they merely imagined Jesus in excruciating pain. The person really there was Judas–the one who betrayed Jesus. Unfortunately for Judas, he was made to look like Jesus after betraying the Christ.
Of course, this “revelation” came more than 600 years after the fact. It came more than 600 years after Christians, Jews, and pagans chronicled the event. Whew, it’s a good thing we have that convenient escape clause that all new revelations trump all old revelations–regardless of source or accuracy.
Anyway, let us continue our story. So, after “Judas” was crucified for looking like Jesus, Joseph took his limp, dead body and set it in the tomb. The Jews and Romans were so worried about they set a detail to guard the tomb–because Jesus had told them, “Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.” (John 2:19). Of course, they didn’t know it was not Jesus in the tomb…it was Judas. Being an evil man, Judas couldn’t resurrect himself. Or could he??? So, three days later, when Mary went to the garden tomb, she found the stone had been rolled away. An angel asked her, “Why seek ye the living among the dead? He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee, Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.” (Luke 24:5-7). Apparently, the angel did not even know it was not Jesus in the tomb. Someone accidentally resurrected Judas. Of course, this isn’t the first time Judas died and came back to life. Perhaps I should explain. The Bible tells us in Matt 27:1-5 that when Judas realized what he had done, he tried to make it right. He returned to the priests and confessed, but they didn’t care. “So Judas threw the money into the temple and left. Then he went away and hanged himself.” It would have been after this that Judas was crucified. Fortunately, we have our escape clause. Anything someone says after someone else, is true.
Now that Jesus–I mean Judas–was resurrected again, Jesus–the Christ, the “messenger of God” (according to Islam)–could come out of hiding. Is that where all the good messengers of God go when the wicked are mad? Don’t they all hide? Wait…according to Muhammad, Allah (not to be confused with God), took Jesus up into heaven alive. But there is a problem with that…
People saw Jesus walking around after the resurrection. He looked good, alive. He didn’t look like the same bloody man they placed in the tomb just a few days earlier. But wait, there’s more… While the resurrected (or protected) body of Jesus christ was there with them, the people talked with him. Thomas saw Him, but didn’t believe. He didn’t believe until he pressed his fingers into the open wounds.
So, either Jesus Christ was crucified and resurrected or Judas was crucified and resurrected and continued looking like Jesus afterward and went on to perpetrate a massive, 2,000 year old hoax on the world. Either way, someone was running around with the nails’ holes in his hands and the spear’s gash in his side. Either Jesus (whom the Muslims say was without reproach) resurrected himself from the dead as He promised He would or He lied.
As a third option, we can always use our escape clause and claim none of it happened because OobaBooba–an angel from the fifth ring of Saturn–visited and said he was only joking when he wrote about Jesus and Muhammad. Naturally, this new revelation would trump anything Muhammad said.
